Woodrow Wilson spoke of enabling the world to live more amply, with greater vision and hope. He insisted our purpose is to enrich the world, and warned of self-impoverishment when we forget this purpose. From the moment I entered my first graduate class, I knew I had found the place in which enrichment would be born and would continue to flourish.
